Like the flame loves the candle

The sand loves the sea

And the golden cage strives to set its bird free

Like the wise craves to be wild

And the stars think the moon is so mild

The tongue that’s often not sweet

But, the mouth still looks forward to meet

Like the shores moan, each time the waves hit them

When we think we’re immune to love, we all succumb

Like the departure enthusiastically awaits the arrival

The mirror without the reflection feels idle

Those afraid of drowning, are not lovers

The rainbow hides its secret colours

I love you, more than you’ll ever know

It’s easy to love the sunshine, tough to love the snow

Please listen, listen close, don’t withdraw

How the heart is so cold, but humility so warm

You’re my sculptor, I, your form!
